ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Upon intake:

· Application must be completed

· Must read and sign a copy of Jon’s Place policy and procedures

·Payment $160.00 weekly | money order, cashier’s check, and online payments. NO CASH (first two weeks rent up front)

· Medication log filled out for all medications

· Complete/Pass breathalyzer & urinalysis

What you will need:

· Admissions Payment

· Twin size bedding (we will provide unless you want to bring your own, it must be brand new in packaging)

· Toiletries and personal hygiene products (including towels)

· Clothes (for one dresser/half closet)

· Personal food (that is to be labeled upon arrival so no other residents eat/drink what belongs to you/ enough for one cabinet, fridge is shareable)

What is not permitted:

· Drugs/Alcohol

· Any products including alcohol

· Drug paraphernalia

· Weapons

· Food/drinks containing alcohol

· Narcotic medications
